🏉 Tag Rugby (Mixed Ages)

Perfect for families, children (year 7 and above), and anyone who loves fast, free-flowing rugby!

  • Non-contact, with tags replacing tackles

  • Great for all skill levels—no experience needed!

⚡ T1 Rugby (Adults)

Fast, exciting, and designed for speed, skill, and teamwork!

  • A non-contact version of rugby union

  • Teams of six players keeping the ball moving

Rugby for All: Our non-contact sessions are open to men and women of all abilities. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never picked up a rugby ball or you’ve been playing for years – we’ve got a place for you! The nature of the game means it’s a fantastic way to mix up the teams, play together, and bring some friendly competition to the field.

Come Play with Us!

Our Tag/Touch rugby sessions are held every Monday night 6-7pm, T1 sessions are held every Monday night 7-8pm, and Walking Rugby will be starting soon all at Yate Outdoor Sports Complex (YOSC), and we’re always looking for new players to join the fun. Whether you're looking to stay fit, pick up a new hobby, or just have some fun with like-minded rugby lovers,
